Fairfax County Launches Financial Education Initiative

Fairfax County's new Financial Education Initiative complements the successful Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) that provides free income tax preparation services at 18 sites throughout Northern Virginia. The goal of financial education is to give residents the tools and resources they need to recover from a financial crisis or to prevent a crisis from occurring in the first place.
