You may recognize some local EITC volunteers in the Spring 2007 copy of MarketWise, the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond community development publication.  The cover story by Lucy Gorham, EITC Carolinas hits all the highlights and talks of successes and challenges.  See page 10 for a short Q&A, by Carolyn Spohrer, about the Virginia CASH Campaign.  The photos were taken at Henrico DSS during tax season.
